Callus Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Callus, a minimalist weightlifting tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch provided by prspctv (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance

By using Callus, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using cloud or social features, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use those features. You may still delete the app at any time.

2. Service

Callus lets you log workouts, track progress, create programs, review personal records, and optionally use cloud sync, premium analytics, subscriptions, notifications, and social features.

Local workout logging is available without an account. Online features require Sign in with Apple and network access.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Apple account secure. You must provide accurate information where the app asks for it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Callus. If you are under 16 in the EEA, you need parental consent where local law requires it.

4. Subscriptions and Apple billing

Callus may offer paid subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment, renewals, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and receipts.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Prices shown by Apple include applicable Norwegian VAT where required.
Refund requests must be made through Apple.

5. Digital content and withdrawal rights

Premium features are digital content delivered immediately after Apple confirms the purchase. Where consumer law allows, by starting immediate delivery you acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under Norwegian or EEA law.

You own the workout data, posts, comments, photos, profile information, and other content you add to Callus.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, copy, transmit, display, and back up your content only as needed to operate Callus, provide cloud sync, show social features to the users you share with, moderate abuse, and comply with law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate others.
Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Try to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
Use Callus for medical emergencies or as a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Moderation and termination

We may remove content, limit social features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms are violated, the service is abused, or legal risk requires action.

You may stop using Callus or delete your account at any time. Account deletion is handled under the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

9. Health and fitness disclaimer

Callus is a tracking and training tool. It is not medical advice. Exercise involves risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting a program if you have medical concerns. You are responsible for training safely and choosing appropriate loads.

10. Intellectual property

Callus, including the app design, software, branding, and website, is owned by prspctv or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Callus except as permitted by law.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will notify you of material terms changes in-app. Material changes require explicit acceptance before continued use of affected online features. You can continue using local-only workout logging while reviewing changes.

12. Liability

Callus is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect loss, training injury, lost profits, or data loss beyond amounts you paid for Callus in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian consumer law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumer disputes may be brought in the courts or complaint bodies available under mandatory consumer law. Where a court venue is required and mandatory law allows it, Oslo District Court is the agreed venue.
